Internal assessment
To ensure continuous learning and development, the school employs a comprehensive assessment strategy. This includes class tests, assignments, projects, presentations, and various interactive learning activities designed to evaluate and enhance students’ understanding and skills. Achieving a passing grade in these internal assessments is mandatory. Students who do not meet the assessment criteria will not be permitted to participate in the final examinations.
Attendance
Maintaining regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Therefore, students must achieve a minimum attendance rate of 80% to qualify for the final examinations. Attendance is monitored closely by subject teachers on a monthly basis, with reports provided to parents or guardians to ensure they are informed of their ward’s participation and progress.
Mentoring Cell
The school recognizes the importance of personalized support in student development. To this end, mentoring cells have been established, offering students guidance, inspiration, and support. This initiative pairs faculty members with students, creating a nurturing environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential and become responsible learners. The mentoring cell acts as a fundamental support system, monitoring and aiding students’ academic journey and personal growth.
Comprehensive coaching for national exams
With medical and engineering seats all over the country coming under the purview of NEET-UG and JEE Main, our school has proactively arranged for specialized coaching. Starting from the beginning of the academic session, all admitted Class XI science students will receive specialized coaching from experienced visiting professors. This preparation is designed to span the entire two-year Higher Secondary course, ensuring that students are thoroughly trained and ready for these national level entrance examinations by the time they graduate.
